Working together

There are two ways you can work with me.

We get on a call. We go through every area where you gave your word, including the ones with no scoreboard attached. Then you close the gap between what you said and what you're doing. It's pretty simple, but not easy.

Three month coaching

For a goal with a date on it

Weekly 50 minute sessions for three months. That's long enough to find the drift and correct it, and short enough that you can see the end from where you're standing.

  • A target we agree on in the first session, in your words and not mine
  • Every area where you gave your word, gone through one at a time
  • I'll tell you when you're running 70% and calling it 100
Format
Weekly, 50 minutes, one to one

Six month coaching

For a change you intend to keep

Weekly 50 minute sessions for six months. Most people need the first three months to see it clearly, and the next three to make it normal.

  • Everything in the three month program
  • Time to rebuild the routine rather than just name it
  • The areas outside work, which is usually where the power went

Weekly, 50 minutes, one to one

Questions

What people ask on the first call.

What do you actually do in a session?

I look at the areas of your life where you gave your word, and I ask whether you've been honoring it to the best of your ability, not just whether you ticked the box. Most people find they've been running 70% and calling it 100. Seeing that is the part that changes things.

What does it cost?

I'll give you a number on the first call, once I know what you're going after and whether it's three months or six. The first call itself is free.

I don't have a specific goal yet. Can you still help?

No. If you've got no target you're going after, and nothing about yourself you're committed to uncovering, coaching won't be productive for either of us. Come back when you've got one and I'll be here.

Do you work with teams?

Yes. Some of my clients are CEOs who want me to sit down with their leadership team directly. That's a different conversation from one to one coaching, so get in touch and tell me what you need.

What if coaching is not the right answer for me?

Then I'll say so on the first call. If what's in the way is clinical or chemical, you need a doctor or a therapist, not a coach. I'd rather tell you that than take your money.

In their words

What people say after working with me.

Greg is hands down, one of the best coaches in the market place. Someone that can pinpoint with laser-like accuracy root causes of your obstacles and issues, and someone that can help you see the clear paths to where you want to go. He is a complete partner that will always have your back.
Jerry PerezStrategic growth program lead
Greg is one of the most consistently inspiring and engaging coaches I have ever worked with. If you are looking for someone who cares deeply about people and is able to effectively translate personal rapport into effective action, Greg is the person for you.

Bring me the thing you're going after.

Tell me what you're going after, and where you think you've stopped short of it. If I'm not the right person for the job, I'll tell you on that first call and I'll say why.
